Jarrad’s career in manufacturing, logistics, importing and business management spans 25 years. He joined the family business in 2001, working in several key roles before taking the management reins in 2014. He enjoys the variety of his job and finding innovative solutions and pathways. In his spare time, you’ll find Jarrad mountain biking or in the campervan with the family.

Brad has been with ACM since 2013, has over 30 years of experience wholesaling and retailing in the plumbing industry and a wealth of technical expertise. He’s a practical thinker, a natural problem solver and loves dealing with people. He’s committed to delivering the best customer service outcome. Outside of work, Brad loves spending time with family and always has a DIY or gardening project on the go.

Ina joined ACM as a store person in 2014. Her dedication and drive for results have seen her grow into the key role of warehouse manager. She has built a fantastic culture with a dedicated team of like-minded individuals who support each other and have a sense of pride and achievement in their work. In her downtime, Ina loves hanging out with her family, eating healthy food and exercising.

Debbie has worked in merchandising for almost a decade and is passionate about her work. With an incredible eye for detail, she sets exceptionally high standards in her work. She loves beautiful presentation, which is evident in her merchandising work and in her other role as ACM’s Chief Cake Maker. Deb enjoys puzzles, pottering in the garden, pink gins and summer days.
